Yes. We handle the full process: brand discovery, character concept and look development, costume build, performer casting, and ongoing performance. The result is a brand mascot that you own and that we (or your team) can deploy at activations for years. For ongoing programs we also handle costume maintenance, repairs, and backup costume builds.

Concept and design typically 3-4 weeks of back-and-forth with your brand team. Costume build is 6-10 weeks depending on complexity (animatronic mouth, body proportions, fabric requirements). Total timeline 9-14 weeks from kickoff to first deployment. For rush builds we can compress to 8 weeks with reduced revision rounds.

Yes. Custom mascot bookings include a trained performer — someone with mascot or character experience, casted to fit the costume's proportions and the personality of your character. For ongoing programs we typically cast a primary and backup performer so your mascot is always available. Performers are W-2, fully insured, and briefed on each activation.

You do. At project close we transfer character design, brand assets, and costume to your ownership. Showcraft retains the right to be credited as the build partner. For ongoing performance programs (where we provide the performer and costume management) we operate under a deployment agreement separate from the IP ownership.
