What platforms can your check-in staff run?+

Cvent, RegFox, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, Whova, Splash, and most custom badge-print systems. We run a platform refresher the morning of so staff are fluent by doors-open, including the edge cases — walk-ups, no-shows, name mismatches, on-site upgrades, and badge reprints. For high-volume check-in we deploy a tech lead who handles the gnarly cases.

How many check-in staff do I need for a 1,000-person event?+

For a 1,000-person event with a tight arrival window we typically deploy 8-12 check-in staff plus a captain: 4-6 active stations, 2-3 floaters and badge printers, and 1-2 hospitality directing arrivals. Spread arrivals reduce the headcount. Send the arrival curve from your registration data and we'll size to the peak window.

Can your staff handle on-site registration walk-ups?+

Yes. Walk-ups are common and we brief staff on your on-site registration flow, payment capture (if applicable), badge printing, and how to escalate complicated cases without slowing the line. For high-stakes events we typically split walk-ups to a dedicated lane staffed by your most senior check-in talent.

What happens if a registration platform crashes day-of?+

Our captains carry a paper-backup protocol: print the manifest the night before, brief staff on the manual flow, and pivot to an analog check-in within minutes. We've handled mid-event platform outages without missing arrivals. Post-event we help reconcile the analog data into your registration system.
