Sweet spot is 50-150. Below 30 the format loses energy because there aren't enough audience moments; above 200 we typically add a co-host and run two stations in parallel to keep pace. Send your headcount and time window and we'll spec the format to fit.

Standard format is 45-75 minutes. For shorter slots (a 30-minute energy break at a kickoff) we'll run a tighter format with fewer challenges.
