Our PAs come from working production backgrounds, so they understand call sheets, set etiquette, and how to anticipate what's needed without being asked.

Yes. We staff PAs who've worked commercial sets, brand content days, music videos, festival ops, and photo shoots. They know radio protocol, what 'rolling' means, and when not to walk through frame. For larger productions we send a Key PA as captain who coordinates the rest of the crew against your AD's plan.

Yes. Multi-day continuity is standard — same PAs return each day so your crew isn't re-onboarding people every morning. For long-form productions we lock the crew at brief stage and confirm hold days so you have the same faces from prep through wrap. Overtime and meal penalties handled on our W-2 payroll, not yours.

Yes. Every Showcraft PA is a W-2 employee with full workers' comp, general liability, and auto coverage. That's a meaningful difference from freelance PA labor: if anything happens on set, the claim runs through our policy, not your production company's. COIs issued same-day naming the production and venue as additional insureds.
