Can your staff handle multi-day festival shifts in extreme weather?+
Yes. Our festival roster is weather-tested — heat, dust, humidity, cold, and late-night closes. We brief staff on hydration, sun and heat protocols, and shift rotations. Captains manage breaks so the activation stays energized through the back-end of the night. For Coachella-grade conditions we deploy backup talent on hold in case anyone has to tap out.
Do you handle festival credentialing and venue COIs?+
Yes. We carry comprehensive insurance and issue COIs naming the festival, venue, sponsor, and agency same-day. We're familiar with most major festivals' credential processes and timelines, and we coordinate with your festival ops contact directly so staff arrive with the right wristbands, lanyards, and parking passes.
How early do I need to book festival staff?+
For tier-one festivals (Coachella, Lollapalooza, EDC) we recommend locking 6-8 weeks out — talent gets booked across multiple sponsors fast. For regional festivals 3-4 weeks is comfortable. Last-minute fills are possible but you give up selectivity on talent. Send the brief as soon as the sponsor deal closes.
