Questions buyers ask about brand ambassadors.
What does a Showcraft brand ambassador do at my event?+
Brand ambassadors are the public-facing layer of your activation. They greet guests, deliver scripted brand talking points, hand out samples or premiums, capture leads, and pose for content. Our ambassadors are vetted from a performer-rooted talent pool, so they hold an audience naturally and stay on-brief through long shifts. Every ambassador receives your brand brief in advance, plus an on-site captain briefing the day of.
Are your brand ambassadors W-2 employees?+
Yes. Every Showcraft brand ambassador is a W-2 employee with full payroll, workers' comp, and general liability coverage. That keeps your brand off the hook for misclassification risk and means we can issue same-day COIs naming your venue, agency, and client as additional insureds. We're fully AB-5 / AB-2257 compliant in California and operate W-2 in every metro we serve.
How fast can you staff a brand activation?+
Standard fill is 5-7 days from confirmed brief. For rush activations we can often fill within 48-72 hours depending on city and shift count. Quote turnaround is under 24 hours from the time you send us the run-of-show, headcount, dates, and shift length. The earlier we lock the brief, the more selective we can be on talent fit.
Can you provide bilingual brand ambassadors?+
Yes. Spanish is our primary second language and we maintain Spanish-fluent ambassadors in every metro. Other languages (Mandarin, Korean, Portuguese, French, Japanese, ASL) are available with lead time depending on city. Flag the language requirement in your initial brief so we can pre-confirm fluency level rather than self-reported.
How do you make sure ambassadors stay on-brief at a long activation?+
Three layers: pre-event brief deck with talking points and brand do's and don'ts, on-site captain on any event with six or more staff, and a post-event report with photo verification. The captain handles re-briefing between shifts, manages breaks, and is your single point of contact day-of so you can focus on guests instead of staff logistics.
