How early should I book convention staff?+
For tier-one shows (CES, NRF, HIMSS, SHRM, Dreamforce, Money 20/20) book 6-8 weeks out. Mid-size shows 3-4 weeks. Last-minute fills are possible but talent quality drops fast as the show approaches — your booth captain or BDR team will be the ones who feel it. Earlier brief equals better roster selection.
Do you provide same-day COIs for convention venues?+
Yes. Comprehensive GL, workers' comp, and auto coverage with COIs issued same-day naming the convention center, show organizer, and your company as additional insureds. Major venue COI templates are already on file, so there's no back-and-forth on language. We handle this directly with the venue if you'd prefer.
