Everything on this site — text, images, logos, page designs, and the Showcraft name and marks — belongs to Northvane LLC (DBA Showcraft) or its licensors. You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data from the site.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or receiving a proposal from us does not create a binding contract for services. Our staffing and event services are governed exclusively by separate written agreements — such as a master services agreement or event services agreement — signed by both parties. Until such an agreement is signed, neither side has committed to anything.

The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northvane LLC (DBA Showcraft) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability related to contracted services is addressed in the applicable written services agreement, not these terms.

The site may link to third-party websites, including our sister company and industry resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
