Yes. We staff pop-ups using Shopify POS, Square, Lightspeed, and most custom retail stacks. For inventory we brief staff on stock pulls, restock cadence, and end-of-night counts. The captain manages reconciliation and end-of-day reporting so you get clean numbers without spending the closing hour on the floor.
