• Event inquiries and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, details about your event (date, location, type of event, staffing needs, and anything you write in a message field), and — only if you opt in — your consent to receive text messages about your inquiry.
• Job applications:your name, email address, phone number, age confirmation (18+), the metro you work in, the roles you're applying for, your experience, links to a headshot or portfolio you provide, related application answers, and — only if you opt in — your consent to receive text messages about your application.
• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use this only for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect personal information from you unless you submit it.

• Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote or proposal.
• Reviewing job applications and running our hiring process.
• Communicating with you about an event or application you've started.
• Operating, securing, and improving the website.

We will not add you to marketing lists or send you promotional email without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site:

• Resend delivers form submissions to our team by email.
• Vercel hosts the website and maintains standard server logs.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We may also disclose information if required by law.

This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly essential ones required for the site to function. There is nothing to opt out of, because we don't track you.

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as we need it to respond to you, staff your event, or consider your application, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Showcraft is a California company, and California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, so there is no need to opt out. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@showcraft.co. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

This site is intended for business audiences and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
