Teams of 4-6 get a hunt app on their phones with custom challenges built around your team, company, or neighborhood. Challenges mix photo, video, trivia, and on-foot tasks. A live host (working performer, not just a coordinator) opens, runs check-ins, and closes with awards. We run hunts at iconic venues in every metro — Central Park, Millennium Park, Discovery Green, Wynwood, the Embarcadero, Venice Beach, and more.

We run hunts from 20 up to 250 in a single deployment, sometimes more with split-start logistics. Sweet spot is 40-120 — large enough to make teams competitive, small enough that the closing ceremony stays energized. For groups over 150 we typically split into two simultaneous hunts with a shared finale.

Yes. The hunt content is custom-built. We brief on your team, company values, inside jokes, leadership, recent wins, and the city you're in, then build challenges that reference all of it. Expect to spend 30-60 minutes in a pre-event call to brief our content team. The result is a hunt that feels made for your team, not a stock template.

We build a rain pivot into every outdoor hunt at brief stage: a covered or indoor alternative within walking distance of the planned start. Decision is made the morning of with you, and we communicate the pivot to participants. For weather-sensitive seasons (Chicago and NYC winters, Miami summer storms) we often default to a hybrid format.
